GreedFall sequel will have reworked combat and will include a new gameplay system
Through a press release published this Wednesday (18), Nacon announced GreedFall 2: The Dying World for PC and consoles. Expected to arrive only in 2024, the title will have revitalized gameplay, a combat system based on tactical mechanics and action taken to an unprecedented map.
According to the publisher, the sequel to GreedFall will take place three years after the adventures of De Sardet and will star a native of Teer Fradee, expelled from their lands and forcibly sent to the continent of Gacane. There, he must restore balance and eliminate the problems left by Malichor, allying himself with factions and developing relationships to guarantee the people’s freedom.

As with the first game, GreedFall 2 will also have a strong narrative focus, where each decision made by the players will determine the course of the story. Its main highlight, so far, is the new combat formula, now supported by a more fluid and tactical game system.
