We heard the rumors before; Developed by Konami, Sony and Kojima Productions, the Silent Hill game seems to come true.

We’ve been hearing rumors for a few years that new Silent Hill games are in development. According to these rumors, more than 1 game of the mentioned brand was being actively developed. One of these development processes was carried out under the umbrella of Kojima Productions, financially supported by Sony. In fact, according to the same rumor, the Silent Hill game of these two would be released exclusively for the PlayStation 5 console. Now, AestheticGamer, or Dusk Golem , which is famous for the information leaked by Konami, has leaked the concept designs of this game in question.

AestheticGamer stated that the aforementioned concept designs were obtained from a source that was new to her, but still trusted. It was also stated that these designs belong to the year 2020. So, the game does not look like this anymore , serious changes may have been made on the design side. Also, shortly after AestheticGamer shared these images on Twitter, Konami made a copyright notice and removed the images from the internet. However, the players, who have already saved the concept designs on their computers, managed to escape the copyright notice of Konami by uploading these images to different platforms.

AestheticGamer also noted that he heard the names Anita and Maya in this Silent Hill game, saw the presence of SMS messages, and that this is not the only Silent Hill game in development. By the way, we didn’t dwell on it much, but the fact that the images were removed by Konami with a copyright notice actually confirms the existence of the game, at least the concept version ; Konami did not take such steps against the rumors that had been put forward before. AestheticGamer also stated that the story of this game is not related to concept designs, but the story is in a completely different direction.

Shortly after publishing these rumors on the internet, AestheticGamer also made a small comment on ResetEra, stating that the project was financially supported by Sony. Looking at this comment, we are writing to you that the Silent Hill game was developed by Kojima Productions. His past rumors were also in this direction. If we go back to the concept designs, the images are; It shows a messy room, a red corridor with notes lining the wall, and a figure standing at the end, and the face of a woman partially peeled off with messages like ‘I hate myself’ and ‘don’t get involved’ under her skin.

One of the images appears to be concept art dated October 20, 2020, signed by Masahiro Ito, the monster designer and art director of the original Silent Hill trilogy. Besides the use of the word ‘minger’ in one painting, graffiti on a wall seems to use the phrase “he’s not the Messiah, he’s a very naughty boy,” a line from Monty Python’s The Life of Brian. Both terms suggest that if this is truly a new Silent Hill game, there may be British influence. While Konami has yet to confirm whether the footage is genuine, Tomm Hulett, a former Konami producer and producer of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, also expressed his unhappiness with the leak on Twitter. This was an interesting comment made by himself.

According to rumors, the Silent Hill game behind these concept designs is supported by Sony, but at the same time, Bloober Team also stated last year that a very famous game publisher is working on an existing horror brand. Konami and Bloober Team announced a few months after this announcement that they signed a strategic cooperation agreement that will allow the companies to create games together. Thus, the players thought that the Bloober Team side also started to develop a Silent Hill game. There seems to be more than 1 game from this brand already, and one of them probably comes from this studio.
