Rockstar Games has announced more information about the next-gen versions of GTA 5 and GTA Online, which are expected to be released on March 15. The graphics and frame rate on the next generation consoles, GTA Online updates and new content and release date were shared.

Popular video game developer Rockstar Games said it will bring “high-end PC visuals” to the console, with support for GTA 5 and GTA Online’s multiple graphics modes and up to 60 FPS, starting with the graphics. Players will also add advanced texture quality options, ray tracing and HDR options.

For graphics modes, there will be Fidelity Mode, the highest visual quality option up to 4K with ray tracing. In this mode, the frame rate will be limited to 30 FPS, while the PS5 and Xbox Series X playing in performance mode will offer 60 FPS gameplay in 4K graphics.



“Hao’s Special Works features best-in-class vehicle upgrades, a new racing class using specially modified vehicles, and a weekly rotation of Hao’s Special Works Time Trails and Premium test drives where you can get behind the wheel of these newly modified vehicles for free,” Rockstar Games announced. .

He reminded that on March 15, it will be available as a standalone download with the launch of GTA 5 for new platforms. PlayStation 5 users can get the standalone version of GTA Online for free for the first three months, with no mention of the need for PlayStation Plus to take advantage of this offer.

Pre-orders are expected to open today, with no pricing set for GTA 5 or GTA Online.


As previously announced, GTA 5 and GTA Online will be released on March 15. Pre-orders and pre-loads will begin on March 8. The release of the physical versions of the games is planned for April.
